For the longest time I have wanted a remote control gadget. I was thinking of getting a helicopter until I saw the commercial for the new Hexbug Spider creatures. The semi intelligent robots are programmed to move about, stop and do other fun things.
Today I got a new Hexbug Spider and decided to make a short video for you to see it in action.

I had an amazing experience with Phamily Bites. Food quality was high and the meal tasted fresh and hot. The owners were very cool and chatted with us about Phamily Bites. They offered up some special ‘off the menu’ fried bananas that top off the meal. I give Phamily Bites two thumbs up and recommend it while out and about.

Rise of the planet of the Apes | Movie Review

Rise of the planet of the Apes gets two thumbs up!
Spoiler Alert: If you don’t want to know what happens in the movie, read no further!

Like all pets, this movie plays on our compassion and has a way of creating an emotional attachment to the chimpanzees in the movie. We like people and things that are like us and seeing animals showing human attributes makes us smile and gives us a feeling of closeness.
Cesar, the chimp that has the genetic mutation transferred from birth is a bright, excited, pet and wows the audience with his acrobatic spectacles. As the move moves on it is inevitable that Cesar would have a run in with a human and be put into a cage.
Using the most powerful part of the body, Cesar thinks and strategizes a way out of the compound. He builds the trust and alliance of the other monkeys and builds his army.
Now there is so much to talk about in this move and subtle undertones in the movie that I could write for much longer. I won’t and will only share that Cesar pays special attention to avoid hurting any humans although the humans have been hurting the chimps throughout the entire movie.

Though the chimps were computer animated it sure says a lot about how far computers have come in creating a realistic animation on screen. The movie runs about 2 hours and there is little to no slowness in the movie. Good story line, easy to follow, and full of suspenseful action.
Go watch the movie and enjoy a movie that makes sense and delivers.
